A sneak peek for the Guardians of the Galaxy animated series was released today in all of its glory. The show is going to recount the early lives of our favorite fivesome. Marvel has released part one and part two of "Star-Lord Origins" which show us the first interaction of Peter Quill being beamed aboard the Ravangers space ship. From what we can tell this animated series is going to be the perfect matrimony of the films and the history of the characters.
There will be ten shorts that air throughout the month of August prior to the shows premiere on September 26th at 9PM EST. There will also be a sneak peak preview on September 5th titled "Road to Nowhere". This will all be released on Disney XD.
