Steam Workshop turns one, now features 16 mod-friendly games

It's crazy to think that Steam Workshop kicked things off exactly one year ago, allowing the Team Fortress 2 community to create and share their own user-created content for the game. In that year, though, users have been granted access to 16 games in total.

Titles such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, DOTA 2, Portal 2, and Sid Meier's Civilization V are just a handful of mod-friendly games on Steam Workshop. Even newer titles such as Colour Bind allow for user-generated content.

The 300,000 items found in Steam Workshop have been used in content that has been downloaded a whopping 55 million times. Insane numbers, you guys!

Happy one-year anniversary to Steam Workshop. There are certain to be a bunch of folks stoked to see what the future holds in terms available games and user-created content.
