Steam Holiday Sale Includes Mass Effect 1 & 2 for Just $4.99 Apiece

Steam's holiday sale rolls on today with a selection of awesome games from recent years, with the low, low prices your frugal ass has been waiting for. Snagging Indie darling Limbo for just $2.49 (75% off) is a pretty decent bargain, and though Silent Hill Homecoming is showing some age, $9.99 isn't a terrible price if you're a fan of the series (75% off). THQ's Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine may have been overlooked this holiday season given the number of triple-A titles that dropped, though again, series fans can't go wrong at $24.99 (50% off). Meanwhile, many are of the opinion that multiplayer shooter Brink was sadly misunderstood, so it may be worth trying out some of the intriguing combat mechanics now that the price has dropped like a rock to just $4.99 (75% off).

To be fair however, the real deal here today is on Mass Effect, with both the first and second game being offered for just $4.99 (75% off). With Mass Effect 3 on the way, there's no better time to try and plow through the first two installments of this Sci-Fi RPG masterpiece. Hands down our pick for deal of the day, if not deal of the week!
