The premier weapon-based fighting franchise returns with an evolution of its highly celebrated fighting system with more than 30 characters, new gameplay mechanics, and stunning high definition graphics.
In Soulcalibur IV the origins of the ongoing saga are set to be revealed as new and familiar faces from all around the galaxy seek the rival swords for their own goals. Special fighters enter the fray to add a new layer of challenge and mystery, including legendary STAR WARS™ characters Darth Vader for the PLAYSTATION 3 system version of the title; Jedi Master Yoda for the Xbox 360; and Darth Vader’s Secret Apprentice from LucasArts' hotly anticipated Star Wars®: The Force Unleashed™, who will make an appearance on both platforms.
