Rocksteady "Looking Into" Batman: Arkham City Catwoman DLC Problems

Earlier in the week, we reported that GameSpot was having problems getting their Batman: Arkham City DLC to work properly.  The DLC codes unlock 10% of the game story missions, the ones where you play as Batman's feline counterpart, Catwoman.  It seems GameSpot aren't the only ones having issues with the downloadable content.  It appears several users are having DLC issues, with some reporting that a code wasn't even printed on the slip in the box.  Imagine getting home, unwrapping your Batman: Arkham City game, and noticing you can't play as one of the most hyped characters in the game.

Yesterday, Rocksteady confirmed on the official Batman: Arkham City Twitter that they "are aware that some people did not receive the Catwoman code in their game. You will get to play as the sexy thief, stay tuned for update."

But it doesn't appear they have made much progress.  Today they reconfirmed that they "are looking into Catwoman dlc problems so please stay tuned."

I'm not sure how they plan on reimbursing players who didn't receive a code without releasing Catwoman for everyone to play.  This is the exact reason why second-hand marketing is such a bad idea.  Aside from intentionally withholding content ALREADY in the game, the hundreds of players who did pay full price for Catwoman are getting gypped.

Replacement codes for everyone!
