Pokemon are back in Super Smash Bros., including legendaries

Pokeballs in Super Smash Bros. can be either completely useless in some cases, but in others can completely turn the tide of battle. In the new Super Smash, players will once again get to throw Pokeballs that spawn mid battle for some awesome Pokemon cameos, but this time, Legendary Pokemon will be housed in rare Master Balls.

From small to giant, there are tons of Pokemon that will help you in various ways and Sakurai shared a bunch in today's Nintendo Direct.

Here are a few screens from the stream, showing some newcomers like Fennekin, Gogoat, and Xernea, all from last year's Pokemon X and Y.
