PlayStation Vita Memory Card Prices Revealed

If you're waiting eagerly for February to come to get your hands on a shiny new PS Vita, then you already know that one of the items that you absolutely must purchase alongside it is a Memory Card. Since the Vita itself will not have any internal memory, which means if you want to be able to save your games (those that don't save internally on a game cartridge) or play any downloadable games, you absolutely need a Memory Card.

For some time now, we were under the impression that these weren't going to be cheap, retailing all the way up to around $120 - $130 for the 32GB.

Turns out it's not that bad. Sony just issued a full listing of all the accessories that you'll be able to get alongside your PS Vita this February and also lists the official prices for every size Memory Card, listing the 32GB at $99. So sure, it's still an extra hundred bucks you'll spend if you absolutely need the highest capacity card, but for a price of a new 360/PS3 game, the 16GB card should suffice as well.

Here is the full accessory listing.
