PlayStation Now to stream PS4 games this year

No start date yet.

At the moment, Sony's PlayStation game streaming service, PlayStation Now, is home to 483 PS3 games. These games can be streamed to both the PS4 and PC, but the program is about to expand into a new frontier!

Starting later this year, PS Now will be expanded to include PS4 games in addition to the PS3 games. In a few weeks, the expanded PS Now service will be tested in private tests, with PS4 games included. Select PS Now members will see invitations to the testing.

According to the press release, a single PS Now subscription will cover the full PS Now library (PS3 and PS4 games).

If you have yet to test the service out, there is a free seven-day free trial, however, it should be noted that at the end of the trial period your PlayStation Now 1-Month Subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed $19.99 each month. This means you'll need a credit card attached to your account to trial the program if you want it to keep going.

If the service isn't your thing, here's how to cancel.

Sign in to PlayStation Network, then go to [Settings] > [PlayStation Network] > [Account Information] > [Services List] > [PLAYSTATION™NOW SUBSCRIPTION]. After selecting the subscription you want to cancel, select [Cancel Automatic Renewal].
