Phantom EFX, the world’s leading developer and publisher of PC-based casual game titles, and independent game development studio 8monkey Labs announced today they will be reporting for duty with their upcoming first-person shooter Darkest of Days at the PAX trade show, taking place in Seattle, Washington from September 4-6, 2009.

“PAX has rapidly grown into one of the most highly anticipated, respected and well-received trade shows in the industry, and we’re pumped that Darkest of Days will be having such a strong presence there this year,” said Aaron Schurman, CEO of Phantom EFX. “Our booth is going to be ridiculously awesome, and everyone will get a chance to get some quality playing time with DoD.”

Schurman and the rest of the Darkest of Days team will be at Booth #878 and there will be several demo stations set up for both Xbox 360 and PC. There will be plenty of photo opportunities and the booth will be set up like a giant bunker, complete with sand bags and a REAL, FULL SIZED CANNON. Come and stop by to play the game, get some pics at the booth with the soldiers and Larry the Canon Guy and get tons of free swag, including Darkest of Days T-shirts, posters, mouse pads, NVIDIA graphics cards and even a chance to win full retail box copies Darkest of Days once it’s released!
