Morning Men is a colorful, genre-bending RPG inspired by the golden age of science fiction

And it's coming later this year on PC

Morning Men is certainly a game that grabs your attention on a single glance. It's bright and beautiful color palette echoes the great point-and-click adventures of the past; a genre that it is trying to emulate. Along with a turn-based combat that is similar to what you can find in most traditional JRPG's, Morning Men's concept is at the very least, full of potential.

The game is set in Citadel City, a place where technology is looked upon with fear, and you the protagonist have been cast out by the theocratic ruler, the Copper Hand, for associating with an AI. Your character, Luditte must brave the wasteland outside to uncover the truth while staying one step ahead of those who would look to kill you.

Morning Men also takes a page from the book of The Witcher by throwing morally ambiguous choices at the player, where no matter what you do, there will always be consequences. Your companions will react to these choices as well; and these decisions have the potential to do everything from help to completely ruin their lives. However, ruining their lives may end up being the best choice, as it could be the only way to save them.

Morning Men is currently featured on Steam's Greenlight Concepts and is targeting a release on PC later this year. The game is going to be released episodically, but no official dates have been given.
