Developer Danger Close is currently working on a sequel to last year's Medal of Honor reboot. On the official Medal of Honor website, Executive Producer Greg Goodrich stated quite bluntly, "Yes, Danger Close is currently working on the next Medal of Honor."

Goodrich went on to thank fans of the series for supporting the game, and for contributing to its sales of over 5 million copies since launch. In terms of the next game, the Executive Producer said, "Since our launch last October, we've studied, listened, and absorbed much of your feedback and are very excited to be marching forward on the next title."

Goodrich stated that both the fans and the members of the armed forces are a detrimental part of the Medal of Honor franchise. "Medal of Honor has always been fueled by the passion of our fans and the commitment and sacrifice shown by the men and women of our armed services," emphasized Goodrich.

Though release details are currently unknown, fans of the series can expect to learn more about the upcoming Medal of Honor game within the coming months.
