Mass Effect 3 achievements revealed, BioWare hints at future content

Attention all achievement whores: Popular Xbox 360 achievements site,, has revealed the entire list of Mass Effect 3 achievements.

If you're into Mass Effect's narrative as much as I am, you do not want anything spoiled; Thus, I am not taking a peek at this list, but you folks can gladly do so by clicking here

In addition to the achievements story, GameInformer published an article on Mass Effect 3 game saves. According to Associate Producer Mike Gamble, "It wouldn't be a bad idea (to keep your ME3 saves). Obviously I can't say anything, but it wouldn't be a bad idea..."

Gamble didn't clarify what he meant by his comments, but it sure does seem like he's hinting at further content. BioWare has already confirmed DLC for the game, both single-player and multiplayer, but outside of that, things seem to be a little shady. In an interview with GameInformer last month, though, BioWare did comment on the future of Mass Effect:

"On the one hand, it’s too early to say in the sense that we’ve got to finish Mass Effect 3, but it’s also more online than ever before," he said. "We’ve got multiplayer stuff, we’ve got DLC, we’ve got the larger galaxy at war stuff. We’ll be supporting that. We’ve got some really awesome DLC stuff that we’re doing. Our heads are still in that space."

"One of the reasons that I wanted to do Mass Effect as a trilogy is that it seemed to make sense if we’ve been at this for however many years – it will have been eight years – at the end of that, people will want some kind of reimagination of what the experience will be for new systems and new tastes. To some degree, we need to see how people respond to Mass Effect 3 and what they’re hoping to see in the future."

I would totally be up for a new game where you play as a younger Shepard, working his way up the ranks. The basic concept: janitorial work around the Citadel, filled with hours of elevator rides. Can I get a Game of the Year nomination already?
