League of Legends Changes AFK Detection System

Riot Games Inc. is really trying to improve the user experience in League of Legends.  In an effort to keep the login queue moving along in peak hours, Riot is implementing a new AFK detection system for custom games.  In order to avoid idleness and being kicked from the server, some summoners have been entering a custom game lobby and just going afk there.  This would keep the player in the game and potentially increase the wait times of players that want to get in and melt some face.  With the new system, idle players in custom game lobbies will be kicked from the server.  Will it eliminate those 20 minute wait times on patch days?  Probably not, but it is a step in the right direction for those using the game as a glorified chat room or just bs'ing.
