IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds Of Prey Website Updated

505 Games in collaboration with 1C Company have today updated the official IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey website with new information on the WWII aerial combat title, due for a 4th September release for Xbox 360, PS3, PSP and DS.

The updated game portal now boasts info on an additional 11 planes with 3D rotation and in game footage, as well as two new wallpapers to download. The community update focuses on behind-the-scenes footage of the development team at an aircraft sound recording session and interview with Andrew Wensley, head of European development on how the dynamic sound system works with the historically accurate graphics to enhance the gaming experience.

Also if you missed the live code demo from Mark Allen, 505 Games’ European Communications Manager then there will be a link to watch  the recorded session where you will be able to view action from some hitherto unseen campaigns and missions.

Head over to now to see all the updated information.
