Highland Warriors 3D RTS Game Delayed

— DATA BECKER’S Highland Warriors 3D RTS Game Delayed —

NEWTON, Mass. (September 20, 2002) DATA BECKER announces the delay of the
launch of their highly anticipated 3D RTS game, Highland Warriors.  An
expected release date of January of 2003 has been set.  The game’s delay is
due to additional time needed for balancing the units in the game. For weekly
updates on the game’s progress, log onto
www.Highlandwarriors.com and
browse the Diary section.  The customer demo of the game is on schedule and
will be released in late October.

Highland Warriors delivers a high degree of realism plus advanced gaming
features through ATLAS, an innovative engine developed specifically for the
game.  ATLAS can show up to 200,000 polygons simultaneously without a loss of
performance for highly realistic graphics and advanced playability.  To
provide gamers with a preview of the ATLAS gaming engine, FilePlanet will host
a DATA BECKER mini-game called Kilt Invaders beginning today, September 20,
2002.

Kilt Invaders is a simple and very addictive 3D arcade game using some of the
characters and the Atlas gaming engine of Highland Warriors.  Kilt Invaders
has gamers firing arrows at axe wielding infantry, horseman, wizards and
more.  Power-ups provide special powers, such as updating a weapon to a fire
arrow or crossbow and other powers such as making your enemies move slowly or
killing them all at once.  This first person shooter is quite a different game
from Highland Warriors, but it provides gamers with an excellent way to
preview the Highland Warriors 3D gaming engine.
