HBO Go coming to Xbox 360 on April 1st

HBO company Co-President, Eric Kessler, announced at a San Francisco overnight their plans to bring HBO Go to Xbox 360 on April 1st.

HBO Go, which features 600 hours of content available for streaming, includes HBO original programming, movies, comedy specials, documentaries, and sports.

The April 1st arrival on Xbox 360 will coincide with the season two premiere of Game of Thrones.  Other popular HBO shows include Entourage, Sex and the City, Blue Bloods, and Luck.

The arrival of HBO Go on Xbox 360 further expands Microsoft's goal to turn the console into an all-around entertainment hub.  HBO Go joins fellow streaming apps Netflix, Crackle, and Hulu Plus.
