Halo, Master Chief set for 'mash up' with Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition


It's no secret that fans have been craving for more Master Chief in their Minecraft experiences, and finally the fans will be getting what they've been asking for. Halo Waypoint confirmed Monday that a Halo mash-up pack for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is in the works. 

Just what will the pack include? Not much has been confirmed, but what has should make some franchise fans start salivating at the mouth, via PlayXBLA:

  • Halo-themed texture set 
  • Halo-themed menus and user interface 
  • New-look items inspired by Halo 
  • 40 character skins 
  • Many music tracks across the Halo series 
  • Pre-made world, recreating classic Halo locations like Blood Gulch, Sandtrap, and Valhalla, among many others 

No word was given whether or not the pack will be available with the upcoming Xbox One version of Minecraft or how much the pack will cost. Be sure to check out daily for updates on this exciting new experience with Minecraft.
