Rockstar Games is well-aware of games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, and other blockbuster franchises. But the studio views none of them as direct competition. Rather, company co-founder Dan Houser prefers to make a game the studio is proud of and that returns the money to publisher Take-Two's investors.
A select number of users have experienced an error code 80029564 when attempting to install Grand Theft Auto 5 on PSN. Despite claiming that the problem has been corrected, users continue to report problems when installing the digital version of GTA 5 on PS3. Basically, they are greeted with a crash as a result of error code 80029564.
Publisher Namco Bandai has confirmed Wednesday that Dark Souls 2 will be launching on March 11, 2014 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The announcement was made during the company’s pre-Tokyo Game Show conference.
The previously announced PlayStation App, which will link your smartphone to your PS4, will release alongside Sony's highly anticipated next-gen console in November. Sony confirmed the details at the Tokyo Game Show, while demonstrating the app's social features and second screen capabilities.
