Not to be outdone by EA's reveal of Battlefield 4, Rockstar Games today released a batch of new screenshots for their own highly anticipated game, Grand Theft Auto 5. In a post titled "Sunsets, Seas, SKies and So On..." the series of images show off a good deal of environmental and action shots from GTA 5, including scenes of our three playable protagonists.

Rockstar offered little in terms of new details regarding the game, but the new scenes are certainly enough to hold us over for a while. Grand Theft Auto 5 is set to release on September 17, 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3. There's been no mention of a PC or next-gen console release, despite rumors that arose as a result of the game's delay. Rockstar was quick to debunk the rumors, however.
