Waiting for Kingdom Hearts III and the Final Fantasy 7 Remake can often feel like a fruitless endeavor. And in many cases, it is, as fans are left to be little more than a hungry dog waiting for a bone to be tossed their way. So when something (anything) news related to either game pops up, naturally we wag our tails as we gobble down whatever scrap we've been handed without question. A small sampling of screenshots has turned up on Reddit, showcasing a snippet of both games.

If you've been playing Final Fantasy XV, there's no doubt that the gameplay of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake will look familiar to you. It looks as though Square Enix is not done iterating on the game loop that the company has poured tons of resources into for Final Fantasy XV, as the UI looks like an evolved version of what's come before. It's impossible to tell if players will be able to control more than just Cloud, as the screens only show the opening segment with the game's main protagonist as the playable character.
As for Kingdom Hearts III, not a whole lot can be gleaned from the screen other than the fact that it looks like Sora will be able to wield a shield a la Goofy as a main weapon. As far as I can tell, the enemy on screen is a giant Heartless, and this could very well be a boss battle of some kind.
