Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn comes to PlayStation 4 in April
Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn is making its official debut on Sony's PlayStation 4 next-gen console in April 2014, according to game developer and publisher Square Enix.
The massively multiplayer online role-playing game enters beta for PS4 on Feb. 22 in North America and Japan. That's the same day that the console launches in Japan.
Players running the PlayStation 3 version of A Realm Reborn, which launched in August alongside the PC version, will be able to transfer save files and characters over to the PS4 for free.
In October, Square Enix announced that A Realm Reborn had exceeded 1.5 million registered accounts worldwide.
