Dynamic day-night cycle. Dynamic global illumination that captures lighting realistically in both indoor and outdoor scenes. Procedural destruction where the environment reacts realistically to damage and bullets. The environment reacts realistically to the constantly changing weather. 

These are just some of the things made capable by the Snowdrop engine in Ubisoft's upcoming Game of the Year, Tom Clancy's The Division
