FarmVille is Selling Your Privacy

GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that third party Facebook apps such as FarmVille are 'inadvertently" passing on users' personal information to "data-mining and advertising companies".

This news comes direct for a Wall Street Journal report on the matter, in which Zynga is repeatedly named as one of the biggest offenders.

Notice above I placed "inadvertently" in "quotes" because I don't believe for a second that Zynga doesn't know what they're doing anytime, every time. You think Bobby Kotick's bad? Wait till you get a load of these guys...
