During the Bethesda E3 2016 press conference, Pete Hines, VP of Marketing, announced that iD Software's newest game — DOOM will be getting a free trial this week.
The trial will only consist of the first level, however, it will help you decide if you want to shell out the cash for the game. Players who are interested will be able to download it from their respective online stores — PSN, Xbox Marketplace, and Steam.
So here's how you download it:
1.Go to the store your platform is for.
2.Go to the search menu and type in DOOM.
3.Once there, the game's page and click on add-ons.
4.Scroll down until the free demo option is available.
5.Hit download and DOOM's free trial will download and viola!
6.Now, go fight like Hell!
DOOM has been doing phenomenal since it launch last month, so the free trial will definitely help those still undecided on the game.
