Dungeon Siege III Demo on 360 Now

A demo has been released for Obsidian's Dungeon Siege III. The demo is currently only available on Xbox 360. On June 7, PS3 and PC users will be able to check it out for themselves.

Weighing in at a hefty 1.21 GB, the demo will give players a first stab at the dungeon crawler. Obsidian is notorious for offering up tragically flawed but awesome games, so it will be interesting to see how fans react to this demo.

The game received a delay to add a layer of polish. In an earlier story, Mike Fischer, president and CEO of Square Enix, explained the delay: “Although the final polish phase has demanded a bit more time than originally planned, we want to assure fans and followers that the additional effort will allow us to deliver an action-RPG worthy of its rich heritage.”

Hopefully the extra time has served them well. Let us know what you think of the demo in the comments below.
