Da Vinci Disappearance DLC Announced for Assassin's Creed
A brand new DLC pack for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood has just been announced by Ubisoft. The Da Vinci Disappearance pack will come to Xbox 360 for 800 Microsoft Points and PlayStation 3 for $9.99 in early March. Leonardo Da Vinci has been kidnapped by the Hermeticists, a cult group bent on changing the world, and it is up to Ezio to venture out in search of the artist, collecting paintings and clues throughout his adventure.
The Da Vinci Disappearance will include both single-player and multiplayer content, with the solo campaign consisting of eight missions across two different locations. Ubisoft has stated that this mode will feature two new gameplay features, though what these may be is still unknown at the moment.
In the game's multiplayer mode, players will be able to take four new characters - the Dama Rossa, the Knight, the Marquis, and the Pariah - across a brand new map, Alhambra, a lively area in Spain consisting of plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for gamers to compete in. Players will be able to participate in a deathmatch mode where the main goal is to kill or be killed, and Escort, which requires two teams of four players to protect their target or attack the other team's.
