Cthulhu Saves the World PC Sales Pass Xbox 360 Sales

When I told you guys to be indie and download Cthulhu Saves the World, I had no idea you would actually listen to me. I'm glad to see my words went a long way in helping an awesome indie game sell some copies, though. In all seriousness, developer Zeboyd Games has announced that Cthulhu Saves the World, fresh off its launch on the PC download market, has already surpassed its Xbox Live Indie Games counterpart.

The big announcement was made on Zeboyd Games' official blog, and it genuinely brings me great joy to see so many gamers supporting a big effort like this. "We are pleased to announce that Zeboyd Games has already made more revenue in less than a week on Steam than we have in over a year and a half on Xbox Live Indie Games service," posted Zeboyd. "Thank you again to everyone who has made this huge success possible!"

If you have yet to download Cthulhu Saves the World, you really should. It's a stellar retro RPG experience that fans of charming and witty games should not miss. Also, it's only $2.69 on Steam right now, and it comes bundled together with Breath of Death VII.

A huge congrats to Zeboyd for selling the heck out Cthulhu Saves the World. 30,000 copies in less than a week is no small feat. Keep it up, Zeboyd. We look forward to your next hit!
