Internet, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Paxson Communications Corporation

station group and PAX TV, the newest broadcast television network. Visitors to
PAX .TV’s gaming page (http://www.pax.tv/games/) now have instant access to a
co-branded WorldWinner.com site featuring tournaments in such classic
brainteasers as solitaire, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles and mazes. "PAX

Current
WorldWinner titles include Solitaire Rush, Maze Runner, Jigsaw Genius,

All of the games on the site can be enjoyed in either a free practice mode or
tournament mode, with entry fees ranging from $.50 to $10. Fees are paid out
of a personal account via credit card in a secure online connection. The entry
fee amount for each game is deducted from the account each time a player
enters a tournament, and winnings can be withdrawn at any time. The highest
score of each tournament determines the winner.
