Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker coming this Winter; Amiibo support is not

Captain Toad will be comin' around the mountain, when he comes...

Even though June was only four months ago, it feels like it's been so much longer than that since game developers, publishers and technology companies came together to celebreate and reveal their newest creations at E3 2014.

The E3 2014 games are still coming though, even the ones you might not have been keeping track of.

Toad has been around since the original Super Mario Bros. so it doesn't come as a surprise that Nintendo's Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker made a big splash at E3 2014. It's been four months since we first saw it....It's about time that we get some hard details on when we can get our grubby little hands on it.

Expect to have it in your hands during the holidays! Captain Toad is set to release on the Wii U this December 5th, for $39.99. That's not all though, the game will eventually support 'select' amiibo figures. Unfortunately amiibo support will not be coming until 2015.

What E3 2014 games are you still waiting to hear news on? Let me know! I'll look into it.
