Bioware developer asks you to be ‘open-minded’ about Mass Effect: Andromeda

The story must progress

Mass Effect: Andromeda was officially announced at this year’s E3, and with that came many speculations about the plot and its characters.

Thanks to the leaked survey a couple months back, we got a pretty good insight on where the game was heading. We already know that Andromeda won’t feature Shepard or any of the original cast, but the development teams leader, Chris Wynn, is asking you to "be open minded" about that.

Wynn still has not provided any new details about the next Mass Effect game. When a fan asked him if there was "any chance we can have an approx time period for ME:A as I want to try and stop people harping on about shep coming back”, Wynn stated "not yet :)”

@gillsfan1973 not yet 🙂

N7 Day, November 7th, is a couple weeks away, so if history repeats itself, we might be getting some new info then. There has also been plenty of talk about big announcements coming this "winter", so if N7 day fails, keep faith alive.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to launch fall 2016 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
