Battlefield 1 might be this year's most anticipated game and DICE knows it. To prepare players for the slightly different weaponry that will be featured in Battlefield 1, DICE released a new trailer showcasing the weapons we will be using.
The trailer itself is pretty straight forward, it shows the developers talking about the guns, grenades, and melee weapons players will be using while fighting for their lives in one of the worst wars the world has ever seen.
DICE has done a lot of research to recreate the weapons from World War I as realistically as possible from how they sound to how they feel to how they handle. They aren't just creating another M16.
Battlefield 1 is scheduled for release on October 21 on all platforms and the beta is expected to start sometime after Gamescom.
