Asura's Wrath dev has three original titles in the works

CyberConnect2 is currently working on three original titles not based on existing IPs. The developer is most notably known for developing the .hack and Naruto games among others. Most recently, CyberConnect2 was the driving force behind the offbeat and intense Asura's Wrath.

President Hiroshi Matsuyama explained the studio's plans for 2013, and it looks like there's a lot in store. Aside from the aforementioned original projects, CyberConnect2 is also working on Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.

It's going to be interesting seeing what the developer is cooking up. Obviously (and sadly), none of the three games currently in the works are Asura's Wrath sequels. Given how awesome and well-received that game was, however, that may change down the road. Let's hope it does.
