Adventure Time Battle Party is the MOBA I always asked for, and never knew existed

Thanks to a recent post over at Kotaku, who apparently also never heard of the game before today, I've learned that Adventure Time has its own browser based MOBA. Adventure Time Battle Party is currently only in Beta testing phases, and the game is only live on Thursdays, which is somewhat of a shame. However, if you're into games like League of Legends and Dota 2, and want a slightly less serious take on the genre, you should check it out.

Glossing over the game guide, it has all the familiar MOBA tropes; the brush, minions, towers and of course Adventure Time heroes to level up.

Personally, I'm not a MOBA player, but it's not because I don't respect the genre, I'm just no good at it. However, I'd love to check out Adventure Time Battle Party, mainly because I think it's a MOBA that's simplified, and I'm all for that.

So remember to check it out on Thursdays, when the game goes live, and if you want to play and chat with the developers of the game, log on from 8pm - 10pm EST.
