A lot of people sure liked Alien: Isolation

Earlier this month, I wrote about Alien: Isolation, and how it was every bit as terrifying, intense, and awesome as promised. Apparently, I wasn't alone in my thoughts. Dozens others thought the same as the first-person survival horror from SEGA and Creative Assembly received over 40 awards and nominations from this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo.

"Terrifying."

"Scared Sh*tless."

These are just a few of the phrases used to describe Alien: Isolation. Granted what we saw was just a small sample size, but Alien: Isolation certainly looks promising. And on October 7, we'll be able to fully experience similar tension evoked by Ridley Scott's 1979 classic film.
