Get ready to hunt bigger game, fellow Planeswalkers. Magic 2015 – Duels of the Planeswalkers is now available to pre-purchase on Steam. The game will release on July 16th and will cost $9.99.
In addition, a Special Edition is being made available for $19.99 with a Complete Bundle for $34.99.
The Special Edition includes a soundtrack, desktop wallpaper, and an eBook of "Theros; Godsend, Part 1."
The Complet Bundle will bring you 300 foil stickers and card collections based on the Innistrad, Theros, Ravnica, Shandalar, and Zendikar planes. For those of you who don't know what a plane are, they're the realms of various Magic: the Gathering blocks. These blocks are named after their planes with the exception of Shandalar, which is the setting for the yearly Core Set releases.
All versions of the game will include one Premium Booster for use in-game that includes 10 cards. This offer is only good for those that pre-purchase.
Again, Magic 2015 – Duels of the Planeswalkers will be available on July 16th. For you paper Magic players, 2015 Magic: the Gathering Core Set will release July 18th, with pre-release events occuring on July 12th and 13th.
