While the internet debate rages on beteween whether or not the PlayStation 4 is more powerful than the Xbox One, developers who have experience working with both consoles have weighed in their opinions. To take a cue from Upworthy, you may be shocked by what you hear.

I'm terribly sorry you had to see me write that. Anyway...

Developer MachineGames talked with TechRadar about developing Wolfenstein: The New Order for both the PS4 and Xbox One and commented on the perceived technological gap between the consoles.

"There was a much bigger difference in making a game for both PS3 and Xbox 360 back in the day than what it is now," senior gameplay designer Andreas Ojerfors said. "The new platforms are much, much more similar to work with that what we're used to."

Hopefully this means that we'll no longer see cross-platform games that stumble on one platform while shining on another.
