PlayStation bringing Tearaway, Puppeteer, and other exclusive games to Coachella

Posted by: Matt Liebl

Coachella may be a "music and arts" festival, but who are we kidding -- there's music AND art in video games. Which technically makes it the perfect place for Sony to show off its catalog of exclusive PlayStation games. And let's be honest, when it comes to art, some of the most aesthetically pleasing games are on the PS3 and Vita.

At the PlayStation Society, Sony will be showing the exclusive first-hands-on look at several of their holiday titles, including Puppeteer and Tearaway. They are also featuring the entire Spring Fever lineup of indie games like Guacamelee!, Dragon Fantasy 1, Thomas Was Aloneand Zombie Tycoon 2. Of course, there will also be a collection of other classic titles.

Because Coachella is ultimately a music festival, Sony will have multiple Sound Shapes stations for fans to create tracks and levels that can be uploaded and shared with others.

The first weekend of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival begins today, running April 12-14. If you can't attend, there is a second weekend from April 19-21. It's located in Indio, California.
