NewsOriginal voice actors returning for DuckTales Remastered
Capcom stole the PAX East show for me when they announced DuckTales Remastered, an HD remake of the original NES game released back in 1989. While Scrooge will shed his 8-bit graphics for beautifully hand-drawn art, he's not totally abandoning his roots. The original voice actors from the show will return to voice the characters in the game.
"We have ALL the original voice actors from the show," Capcom senior vice-president Christian Svensson told fans. This, of course, includes the voice of Scrooge McDuck, Mr. Alan Young, who "still came into the studio and did his thing like a pro. The voice work really adds a lot to the package."
Not only did we hear about DuckTales Remastered, but we had an opportunity to go hands-on with the game at PAX East. You can read our impressions here.
