News'Exciting' Pokémon news incoming! Is it the Pikachu 3DS?

The adorable Pokémon-themed 3DS XL that released in Japan and Europe late last year may finally be coming stateside. At least, that's the conclusion we came to based on the Pikachu-themed system's cameo in the recent Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity commercial. But now, we may have further proof!
The Pokémon Company's recent tweet hints at some "exciting news for Pikachu fans coming up tomorrow!" The tweet coincided with an image of a Pokémon sticker with a corner peeled, revealing what looks to be the rounded edge of the Pikachu cover. For reference, I've also included the image of what the actual 3DS looks like. Tell me those corners don't match!
