NewsAssassin's Creed 4: Black Flag confirmed, details coming next week
Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag is a real thing. Ubisoft confirmed the rumors today by revealing the game's first official art. Details about Black Flag will be shared on Monday, March 4 at 9:00am PT, but we can get a good idea about the game from the artwork released today.
The art seems to fall in line with earlier rumors that Assassin's Creed 4 will be pirate themed, and feature a brand new hero and time period. The new protagonist is rumored to be Edward Kenway, the father of Haytham Kenway from AC3. Edward is "known as a Privateer, Assassin and occasional pirate," and Black Flag will allegedly be set in the Caribbean on multiple islands including Jamaica, Cuba, and the Bahamas.
Want all of the gritty details? Check back on Monday, March 4 at 9:00am PT.
