NewsIs this the first Assassin's Creed 4 screenshot?
Yesterday, we got our first look at what is believed to be Ubisoft's next Assassin's Creed game. A leaked poster showing a pirate-themed Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag was brought to light, signaling the next game will focus even more on the high seas. The poster showed what is believed to be the new protagonist fending off some scruffy-looking buccaneers.
At the same time, a rumored screenshot of the game begun making its rounds across the internet. Examiner has posted the first rumored image of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. The character in the image is rumored to be Edward Kenway, father of Haytham Kenway from Assassin's Creed 3. Edward is "known as a Privateer, Assassin and occasional pirate," according to the site. As the poster suggests, Assassin's Creed 4 will be set in the Caribbean on multiple islands including Jamaica, Cuba, and the Bahamas.
Ubisoft is expected to make an official announcement regarding the game sometime soon.
