NewsYou can finally play Skyrim's DLC on PS3, starting today with Dragonborn
It's been over a year, but PlayStation 3 owners can finally play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's downloadable content. Over the next three weeks, a slew of previously-released Skyrim DLC will be made available on PSN for download. Beginning today, you can access Dragonborn, an add-on that was first released for Xbox 360 back in December 2012.
In this relatively new expansion, you'll journey beyond Skyrim to Solstheim, an island off the coast of Morrowind. With a mysterious power threatening to destroy the island's inhabitants, it's up to you to harness your newfound powers and save the island from destruction. Beyond the main Dragonborn quest line, you'll find new areas to explore, meet new characters, encounter new towns, and explore new dungeons packed with plenty of side quests. For those who are level 81, you can go up against The Ebony Warrior, the game's "fiercest adversary."
Skyrim Dragonborn can be purchased on PSN. During launch week only, it is available for 50% off, or just $9.99. Next Tuesday, PS3 owners will have access to the Hearthfire DLC.
