NewsDan Houser's $10 million penthouse up for sale...again
For the sixth time, Rockstar Games boss Dan Houser has put his ridiculous three-story New York penthouse up for sale. Purchased back in March 2012 for $12.5 million, Houser has tried multiple times to unload it. However, over time the price has gone down; it's now listed for $10 million, according to the Daily Mail.
The three-story, 7,000-square-foot loft in Manhattan's Soho consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main floor houses a media room with a wood burning fire place and a guest room with en suite bath and an office (which can also be used as a bedroom). The second floor features a master suite with a private wrap around terrace and an "enormous" master bath. Oh, and on the roof, are three landings, a rook deck, terrace, and enclosed roof area.
Interested? An open house will be held on Sunday, February 3rd between 2:00pm and 3:30pm. Why not stop by and have a look? It's located at 20 Greene Street. Now is your chance to see the lavish lifestyle of Dan Houser. And hey, it is a buyer's market!
