When Rockstar first officially announced Grand Theft Auto 5, they said it would be available on Xbox 360 and PS3. However, a PC version of the upcoming sandbox game has been spotted in a listing on Amazon France.

Currently, Amazon France lists the game as coming "soon". The console version is expected to release in spring 2013. Keep in mind, until we hear something from Rockstar we must treat this as merely speculation. Amazon could simply be posting this as a placeholder or even by mistake.

The last we heard, Rockstar was "focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don't have any details to share about a PC version at this time." However, Rockstar co-founder Dan Houser said late last year that a release on other platforms is still "up for consideration." 

A petition for the release of GTA 5 on PC currently sits at 145,310 supporters.
