NewsSplinter Cell Blacklist 'Inauguration' trailer emphasizes protecting the U.S.
In every Presidential Inauguration, the candidate being sworn into office must swear to "preserve, protect, and defend" the Constitution of the United States, which perfectly sets the stage for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist.
In the new "Inauguration" trailer, it shows clips of past presidents before cutting to the game's new female president asking Sam Fisher for help in stopping the international terrorist group behind "The Blacklist" attacks on the U.S.. As we've seen in past trailers, it's up to Sam Fisher to use the Fifth Freedom, or the right to defend our laws by breaking them, to protect our country.
The new trailer shows a nice mix of stealth action and intense takedowns, which makes waiting until August 20, 2013 all the more painful.
