NewsKratos-themed controller 'comes from a land down under' with God of War: Ascension

As much as I'd just like to make this post about the Australian rock band Men at Work, I do have some video game news to report. Australia is getting a blinged out -- and by blinged out I mean gold-colored -- PS3 controller that is God of War: Ascension-themed. Sony Computer Entertainment Australia will release the DualShock 3 controller to coincide with the launch of God of War: Ascension -- the latest entry in the God of War series.
The gold controller, with recognizable God of War symbols and Kratos' face where the face buttons are, will release on March 14 in Australia for AUD $79.95 ($83) according to GameSpot Australia. While the PS3 exclusive game starring Kratos will release in North America on March 12, Europe on March 13 and in the U.K. on March 15, the controller has only been announced for Australia.
