NewsThe Last of Us teases us prior to big VGA reveal
At last year's VGAs Naughty Dog unveiled their new game, The Last of Us. At the time, not much was known about the game except that it was a post-apocalyptic adventure. Fast forward a year later and The Last of Us is still a mystery for the most part. Sure, we've received new details, a few more screenshots, and some trailers, but ultimately, we still don't know much about the characters or story of The Last of Us.
It looks like that will all change come December 10th, as The Last of Us is set to premiere a new "Story" trailer. We're not exactly sure what the trailer will reveal, but today a new teaser was released giving fans a brief glimpse of what to expect.
The teaser shows a mysterious man trembling on the floor. We then hear what appears to be Joel as he picks up a machete and says, "We don't have to do this. You know that right?"
For being a brief 10-second clip, it's pretty intense. We can't wait to see what Naughty Dog has in store for us come December 10th. It's also been reported by host Geoff Keighely that a new character for The Last of Us will make a debut during the show.
