Deathstroke added to Injustice: Gods Among Us roster

The roster of NetherRealm's upcoming fighter Injustice: Gods Among Us grew again today with the unveiling of Deathstroke, a deadly mercenary assassin who first appeared in the New Teen Titans.

Also known as Slade Wilson, or The Terminator as he was first introduced, Deathstroke is proficient with a wide variety of melee and ranged weapons. As you can see from the video released today, Deathstroke will use a combination of pistols, rifles, swords, and gadgets to destroy any that oppose him.

Other characters already confirmed for Injustice include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Cyborg, Nightwing, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy and Joker. Hopefully, we will soon find out more about the story which somehow combines all these characters in a plot that blurs the line between good and evil.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is due out in April 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
