NewsThe Last Story triumphs as XSEED's biggest success, is now on sale
Publisher XSEED Games has revealed that The Last Story is its most successful game to date. Having launched back in August, it's insane to see the game rise so quickly. That said, given the fan demand and the fact that The Last Story was created by Hironobu Sakaguchi of Final Fantasy fame, this news isn't too surprising.
To commemorate the huge success, XSEED announced that standalone copies of The Last Story — those are the ones without the awesome art book and sexy case — are now available for $29.99. Of course, if you do find a premium edition copy, you can purchase it for $39.99, which is still quite wallet-friendly.
The Last Story is easily one of the best RPGs I've played in recent memory, if not the best, and it's also one of the best games I've played all year. Of course, you can read some more praise from yours truly in my review. If you haven't already played The Last Story and consider yourself a fan of grand RPGs, definitely check it out.
