A video came out today showcasing the Injustice: Gods Among Us developers talking about the upgrades to the NetherRealm Studios Mortal Kombat engine and a few new game mechanics.  On top of that, the video speaks fondly of the “marriage” between NetherRealm and DC Comics.  Due to this marriage, the developers have been diving into DC lore and been giving freedoms to alter the characters slightly to fit the game perfectly.  Preeeetty sweet.
